I find it amusing City spending 100odd m while Arsenal spend sod all. PSG have spent the same amount in nearly 2 seasons as Arsenal have in the past 7 or so years. Im not sure how Monaco will get past the rules if they finish in a Euro spot... may be a slap on the wrist. FFP the saving grace.

btw Ligue 1 clubs havent done too bad. Lyon could have been raided. Marseille are doing ok.
