Some people do get terrible service from ntl. That's why they move.
But then again, some people do get terrible service from Sky and move to ntl.
You're always going to hear more about how poor ntl are on here, as this whole site originates from and ntl woe/hate site.
There's p1ssed off customers of both companies everywhere. But on an ntl site, you're obviously going to hear more about ntl than you will Sky.
