The only reason I plugged my N66-U back in was because the SH2's routing functions are still quite basic. I love the N66's built in VPN server, I like being able to change my DNS and a few other bits and pieces. I am, of course, a power user and I don't expect my feelings to apply to many.
However, wireless performance for day-to-day use? Couldn't honestly tell the difference between either.

Yes i have to admit that being able to use those extra features via the asus web interface is a real bonus i use custom firmware which gives you even more options,as another poster said its ideal to use as a replacement if the asus breaks
