Murray has also won the US Open and a Gold and Silver medal at the Olympic Games. If you're going to give Wiggins a Knighthood then Murray deserves one as well. Lets also remember that Wimbledon is held in higher regard by British people than the Tour de France is and a British winner of Wimbledon probably comes second only to the World Cup in terms of Sporting achievements we want to see.
