BT will gain some new BB customers, undoubtedly, but again that period will soon come to an end and they'll need to ensure revenue from all available providers.
You're right re Atlantic - I should say that it's past its USP date from Sky's selling point, with the exception of harvesting new viewers, not customers, through other providers. The gains would come through increase in VM's TV XL subs (plus those from BT Vision if they're included) and possibly advertisting revenue?
