It actually does stack up logically - wether it does in reality is another matter. I predicted this a while back, so it would be nice if it all works out!

Muppetman11, could you please explain where you think the potential massive increase would come from? From using a bit of logic, and of course Bomber's recent revelations, it would make no sense that I can see to increase the price of the XL TV package when adding these channels.

The trade off of sports channels is a straight swap - ESPN for BT Sports. And Atlantic has definitely passed it's "unique selling point" best by date. And from what many forum members will tell you, it's of no interest to them, so VM won't get away with charging extra to add it.
