Yes it was but it still increased VM revenue substantially, loads of people were using dream boxes.

To my mind, BomberAF comes across very credibly. The information he's passing on, however? I agree it sounds almost too good to be true. I look forward to seeing how it pans out. Cableforum might just have a little scoop on their hands!
