It makes sense for BT to take the hit as many customers will stay with a provider once with them unless the price become silly.
Also good for them to make the statement about price rises so that customers can make a decision now and the fact Virgin had the
no comment line, pretty sure that isn't good for Virgin customers. Virgin really has to do something to limit the customers that will leave them for BT knowing this.
