what about the poor people who have had problems with VM and Sky and BT.

Either "Everbody Haters" or "Neutrals" who realise that all ISP's have there faults from time to time. So say it as they see it from their own perspective but
on a case by case basis without presumption or bias.
Personally don't appreciate STM or some of the atrocious customer service provided sometimes but only mention it when I feel its pertinent.
