Re: Cancelling Virgin Media 2 months early. Cost?

Yeah its similar to Virgin's Fibre in that respect although BT's fibre is usually closer to your house due to how VM in many areas daisychain cabinets with copper coax.

As you still have a few months left on the VM contract, couldn't you get the BT fibre install anyway and if it didn't perform as expected just cancel within the first 28 days? Not sure how they work but im wondering if it is possible they would rewire from your house to resolve the problem and keep their new customer?

Btw, FTTC = Fibre To The Cabinet. VM and BT services are both FTTC although BT do have FTTP (Premises) in some select areas.
