Well VM have started a new thread today, asking the same kind of information as the previous thread. Makes you wonder what they did with all the previous info as it appears not to have been used to fix the problem. Not much confidence that this time will be any different. Deja-vu....

Part of the statement on the old thread that started 2 months ago shows that the problems are VM capacity issues. No surprise there! From
