Re: NTL disabled 2 of my email accounts despite both being active..... help!

I got the reference number, the guy I spoke had a word with Customer Service who told him that they will not be able to merge the email accounts into the new account until the Data Protection Act requirements are fulfilled.
Before we moved house all the NTL things were in my dad's name but when we moved to Hertford we signed up with NTL and changed everything into my Mum's name, so I have to have both my Mum AND Dad available to speak to NTL to allow the migration to occur (bloody infuriating if u ask me)
do I run the risk of getting charged twice for my broadband service? cause the old email addresses are attached to the old account?
