As for Pardew, if I had to answer to Joe Kinnear I'd rather take my luck with the Job Centre.

Now now fellow Newcastle fans let's not be hasty. When we finish 16th next year Kinnear will be hailed a success because we avoided relegation and that's the Ashley masterplan don't you see?. Survive in the premiership to bring in premiership money with as little investment in the team as we can get away with. That's what we have to look forward to as Newcastle supporters, mediocrity on the pitch, a target of premier league survival and a nice little profit every year for our owner. Great.
