I understand that there are obvious differences between unbockus and Media Hint - the thing for me is that it does not cost anything. When you sign into the US one the price on the home page will be in dollars and also i believe they do not have Dexter. You will only be signed in to the US version on the device you used Media Hint on. So for me my lap top is American Netflix - my Xbox and phone are UK. It is probably not as good as unblockus but it is a free way to get more choices. It is just another option
