I've got a PS4 pre-ordered now, but haven't cancelled my Xbox One pre-order despite feeling that way after the price difference was revealed.
The anti-consumer BS doesn't actually affect me, other than annoy me due to Microsoft's arrogance. My only real *personal* issue with the Xbox One is the price... And
if the game sharing thing works like people are hoping, then that won't be such an issue. All you'll need to do to cover that £80 difference is to team up with two Friends and all buy a different launch game then share your libraries... And of course you can add more friends and share more games...
So I've swung from "SCREW YOU MICROSOFT!" to "Oh, OK... Maybe I will get one at launch, maybe not. I'll see what happens...But I still think MS are stupid, greedy, and arrogant regardless."
The superiority of XBL and of course the Xbox controller is also another factor. The 360 pad is my fave pad ever, while the DualShock3 is probably one of my most hated.
