Oversaturation, gimmicky software features, cheapo looking frame especially from what's meant to be the flagship model (though this may be addressed in time for the S5)

Samsung need to take a step back and see that despite all their size, other companies are hitting the mark now (Sony, HTC) to name but two.

Also the gear inside isn't that great, radios are crap, wi-fi etc, compared to other makes - lets say Motorola for example.
