I take on board that any bright teen can get round restrictions, but
a) he isn't yet left unsupervised for long periods to get the opportunity to experiment with ways to get round the rules
B). He knows that if he cheats the system, we would simply ban PC and tablet us altogether (we don't want to have to do that)
Putting technical obstacles in his way just stops the regular arguments about what is and isn't allowed.
