VM need to give us more choice and flexibility in what we can have and what we want to pay for. Strangely, it feels like the model of channel packages has taken a step backward for the consumer. I prefered the old Sky options where you would pick and choose channel bundles.

We need complete flexibility with channels, on demand, pay per view and subscribed online streaming.

I agree about lack of flexibility...it does seem backward for customers..but good for the companies
