I agree with some of what you say, but I watched Oz the great and powerful at the cinema in 3d and it is truly enchanting, so with my award winning TV and blu-Ray I have just watched it at home and it was every bit as enchanting, it is one of those films that do benefit from it... Now broadcast 3d is a different matter because it isn't capable of sending a full HD image to each eye (neither is passive 3d on a 1080p set) and so the overall quality and effect suffers, where it does happen to look good is football and nature, so c'mon VM get your finger out and provide some coverage.
