Wrong. The board are under growing pressure. The Arsenal Supporters Trust have called in third party to get reports done looking into the boardroom at Arsenal. That is such a significant step thats been taken by a group that feared being kicked out or ousted of communication, they said sod all a couple of years ago. added to that the more vocal leaders of the group calling for answers to key questions.
A lot of fans back Wenger, myself included but this current regime needs changing. he needs to spend, all fans agree on that. if theres no spend and the decline continues then fans, myself included want change. Arsenal has a 150m wage bill to date. Utds wage bill isnt much bigger than Arsenals and look whats happening there. Arsenal have missed David Dein big time. we haven't won anything since Dein left. Dein + Wenger = Success. Gill + Fergie = Success. all of this has been spoken of already countless times on here. read the previous footy thread. its just not right to just blame 1 aspect, theres a lot at fault if you look deep into it. bottom line though is Arsenal has money to spend and I'm confident it will be spent. we'll have to wait and see whos right.. bring on the transfer rumours or every pipe dream

You've had players like Arshavin on the books down the years who hardly played. Didn't he cost like £8m too?
Rosicky, is he worth it if he only plays at end of season?
Gervinho does ok sometimes but not really good enough and doesn't play much either.
Is it time to give up on diaby?
And I never understood why they signed that full back, from Malaga, forgot his, ah... Monreal, when you have gibbs, ok he was injured, but why commit? why not get a stop gap?
I agree arsenal need to spend. I loved watching Ljungberg, Pires, Vieira and Henry.
Vieira by the way, being touted as future City manager. Great guy. Loads of Arsenal fans hate him not being at Arsenal.
