who is the parcel coming from? have you been in touch with the sender to see if they have actually had it picked up yet? Hermes for me has always picked up when they should have done and delivered within a week. Maybe the sender has not arranged for it to be picked up till now

it looks to me like the seller ( if it is one) has only just organised a pick up my original answer to this thread was wrong
