If not, I may stick to my existing set up.
There is a small plastic spanner thing included. Is this some marketing gimmick that I can throw away, or will it serve some purpose to the person installing it if I decide to go ahead?

Most of the things that could be fixed with a Firmware update have been resolved, however it still has some bugs. Obviously the things that are down to hardware like Wi-Fi signal strength remain a problem.
Not sure what they would be marketing by giving away a plastic spanner? The purpose of it it to tighten the coax cable into the back of the superhub.
