Personally, because the vast majority of the post is repeated information, and sorting out what is new a bit of a hassle, I just skip to the next post. If only changes were listed, I would read it.

That's pretty much what I suggested, a list of updates to the original list. Although I didn't actually specify a link to the original list, that's what I had in mind. It wouldn't make much sense to omit the link.

It would be useful if someone could actually edit the original list, I'm not sure that a weekly list is needed.
