Confused by Sales Advisor

Yesterday,I rang VM as I was coming to the end of my 3 months half price Sky Sports and Sky Movies offer and I don't wish to continue with it.

Then the advisor asked me to hold the line as she wanted to look at my account. First,she asked me why I was paying for Spotify Premium when it should be free. As far as I know,I am on a free 3 month at the moment from when I got an email to renew to stop the data charges. They sent me a code to my mobile to activate it.

Then she said she couldnt understand why we are on Talk Anywhere 800 when they don't do it anymore. We have it for my wife to phone her family in Indonesia but the advisor said because we are still on Talk Anywhere 800,I might not get the 20mb upgrade that is due at the end of June and I might be capped at 100mb??

She said all this is because I am on a legacy account that works on codes when we should be on a VIP package. If there have been changes,why havn't VM notified us? Especially if we are paying too much.

Her advice was to see if I get the free 20mb upgrade and if not to call them back and have them look at my package again.

I'm confused about this as I have never heard of a Legacy account.
Any ideas what's happening anyone?
