The VOC surveys are taken very seriously and the comments are also fed back to the agent you spoke to, if it's good feedback then we get a 'well done' etc or if it's bad then the original call will be listened to and relevant action taken.

Here in sales those surveys are targeted in an effort to offer/improve great customer service.
