I agree. I pay £10.00 per month for ESPN on SKY just now. If BT Sports costs £10.00 per month I'm no worse off than I am just now. I do expect SKY Sports to jump up by £1 or £2 come July though.
It's not looking too good for VIP customers if BT Sports doesn't go into the XL package. To keep viewing the sports content they currently access they'll need to pay an extra £10.00 for BT Sports and potentially £1 or £2 to cover any SKY Sports price increase. £12 on top of what you currently pay for XL is pretty steep. Is there any suggestion at all that Virgin will reduce XL or VIP once ESPN drops out of the package?
