Yep I want to be able to reclaim some of my desk space, so mounting on a wall is easy. Previous VM modems, current Superhub, and many standalone routers all allow wall mounting. At least by allowing the connections from the rear rather than a side it would now sit nicely on a shelf.
I accept what everyone says that wireless may suffer if the aerials aren't aligning nicely to the other kit if it is on a wall (or even a shelf), but the option to compromise oneself would be useful. It's a similar problem with things like TiVo, that are now nicely curved, and so you can't stack your hi-fi kit, blu-ray and related stuff nicely.
