IIRC, I am sure one poster contacted ITV about the previously missing HD channels (before they launched) and asked if we were getting them. The poster received a very similar e-mail reply saying there were no plans to launch the channels on VM. A few weeks later they arrived, so I am not gonna give up hope just yet
