No, for a start, it's not the FA alone, it's the Premier League and UEFA included in that report. It just means that you have three people who have immaculate taste at the top.
If people like Gill are involved given his top class track record it can only be good for the game. The other two are high quality individuals who just happen to be United supporters, they have not been involved in the day to day running of the club.
