I'd say 200Mbps-ish would be the practical limit (as in a reasonable proportion of people actually able to get that speed). Maximum theoretical is just over 400Mbps and in practice a few percent of people in cities may just be able to hit 300+
The average line, at present, is capable of 100-120Mbps in the absence of crosstalk.
There are people with short lines that can already do 140Mbps without vectoring on profile 17. Having a fibre cabinet planted at the end of your driveway has its benefits...

The existing line cards already support 30a. Vectoring could arguably be achieved with a firmware update.
