I told virgin i wished to cancel the tv and phone line last month {am out of contract} as i felt the cost was now to high, unless i could sign a new contract on the same rates as a NEW customer, to cut a long story short the best offer i got was £5 a month off my £110-£120pm bill {didn't even have the top package} so told them just turn it off.
I phoned up Tuesday {23rd} just to check about disconnecting the boxes, and if it was still due to go off and was told that it would be going off on the 24th {yesterday} well, its still on
the phone was disconnected yesterday, but the tv is still on.
Now i don't intend phoning virgin on my mobile, so have sent them a email {god knows when they will answer} but am i liable for the EXTRA bill from the tv?
Will fire another email off tomorrow just in case.
