Hi !

I just have BT line connected including BT Totally unlimited broadband. They start my service 6 days ago. Before I took it I heard my estimated speed will be between 3 and 7 Mbps. I was informed as well the first 5 days speed won't be stable. So the first day I had 5.6 Mbps download and 26 ms ping. Upload was 0.24 Mbps. After 5 days BT said I will reach maximum speed avaible but .... from 3 days my ping increased to 41 ms, download speed is 6.06 and upload only 0.17. Is it normal ? I am not happy with my ping and upload speed at all. Why after all tests and promised 5 days max. speed main dropped down and have terrible upload speed ? What upload you have ? Just ask you because I don't know it is normal or I have a reason to complain to BT.
