Last week Discovery reveal that TLC will relaunch in the UK and Ireland on Virgin Channel 167 on April 30th.
But Channel 167 is home to S4C right now...

Who the heck watches S4C anyway?! I would imagine S4C would probably end up at channel 141, next to the rest of the Channel 4 channels. Or if I'm being rather silly, VM could put it in the 190s "dumping ground" at channel 199!!!
