You mean you seriously don't know? You should not be faking your location in order to access films and other material not designated for access to this country. If it was legal, you wouldn't have to fake your location, would you? Sky only have the right to show their HBO content in this country - they can't suddenly decide to make it available to other countries.
It is important that people understand this. You get away with what you get away with in this life, but believe me, the noose is tightening. I wouldn't want anyone on this forum to be caught with their pants down.

I agree with you, it's all too tempting! However, I am sure that the British selection will improve markedly over the next few years as rights are acquired to show this material in the UK.
