Actually no. In the US, HBO isn't just the drama and comedy we see on Sky Atlantic, but is a movie and sports channel too. The first run drama series are few and far between and there's no Mad Men, Seinfeld or any of Sky's own programming. If anything I'd say Sky Atlantic has better schedules than the original HBO (and HBO2) in the US.
But it doesn't have any ad breaks in the shows...
