I am your customer, I pay you for a service not Google.
As far as I can see from your (no) help forum there has been no explanation as to the cause of the problem (presumably some software change was made and could be "rolled back"?), two so called dates for resolution have come and gone and still we have no idea when a fault on the service we continue to pay full price will be rectified.
It's now approaching a month since this was identified this simply isn't good enough!
