It seems to me Virgin never accept responsibility for anything - someone else is always to blame! Google for email problems, Tivo for EPG problems, Sky for lack of channels etc.
The problem that I have is that to get anywhere near a decent broadband speed I'm stuck with Virgin until such time as BT get their act together and improve the exchange.
Virgin chose Google so what steps are they taking to press for a resolution to a problem with their email service? Sitting on your a*s saying it ain't my problem is not a satisfactory answer.
