Yep I am well aware of that.
I am also aware that Pardew has apologised for some tackles unlike the attempted justification of the tackle by martinez and whelan. They have no shame.
You are aware that mcmanaman has previous, aren't you?
I have to say you must have some important friends at the FA, what with the no action decision with mcmanaman and the red card rescinded for a near identical, studs up, tackle by gomez at Sunderland.
Anyway I am sure things will sort themselves out before the end of the season.
