I think you're underestimating the threat YouView / BT / TalkTalk pose to VM but we'll have to agree to disagree.
It's about so much more than just TV though , a fully unbundled phone/BB customer with Talk Talk and Sky still nets Openreach money around £90.00 a year I believe granted its considerably less than if that customer directly subscribed with BT retail , a customer on VM has a completely seperate line and pays all their sub to VM so as you can see BT are very keen on winning some of these customers back and installing a BT line at their address.
