i had the same experiance payed for goods with paypall not received them got no help from ebay got no refund from paypall because my goods were under £15 paypall gives no money back for purchases under £15 if at all it refundes any money to buyers ebay makes hundrds of millions but treats buyers disgustingly i left negative feed about seller to worn other buyers but ebay removed it back
