Is that new channel really called Sky Movies Disney? Is it a Disney channel re-badged or a new Sky only channel that shows mostly Disney programmes?

Just seen in a mail that The Australian Grand Prix was exclusive to Sky F1/HD. Not being a sporty person, is that a channel sold to other tv providers too?
