Yep, we'd probably give him a laptop and an occupational therapist...

But the judge said a major issue had been resolved with an arrangement to provide him with a laptop computer

Plans were made for an occupational therapist to visit Hamza

Whilst our prisons might be a tad soft I much prefer the idea of them than the US version that seems to do nothing for recidivism and plenty for institutionalisation
