I don't expect them to be perfect, but an explanation rather than a silly comment about it being more difficult than reading a calendar, don't you know, might have been a better response. Besides which, the fact that on the very day the "technical difficulties" were encountered, they announced the launch, does give a rather amateurish impression of a communications company unfamiliar with the concept of internal communication. And, rightly or wrongly, I do think it's highly suspicious that the "technical difficulties" caused a delay of exactly one week.

Either way, I am actually happier with my cable company than many and unlike a lot of people I'm not jumping up and down for new channel launches. ITV 4 hd was pretty much it for me and, whatever the reasons for the delay, I repeat that I am happy to see it arrive.
