In this case of this schoolgirl it maybe he was not being treated as it may been unknown mental health. Family really need answers.

Even if he was being treated this sort of thing will still happen ,it's hard to know what to do because for the number of people calling for these type of mentally ill patients to be locked away from society there are equally the same amount protesting that they are locked away
