I'm sure the penny will drop one day Dave , Sky's core business is TV they spend hundreds of millions a year on it , VM's core business is Broadband hence why they sold all their broadcasting assets and invested it in their BB network. The only content not viewable on VM is Sky Atlantic which Sky currently see more valuable as exclusive , remember Sky don't need to rely on advertising revenue like many FTA channels as they make far more from subscriptions , so that's a total of one channels content not available on VM as the Sky On Demand content is available to VM subscribers.
