Detailed #AVFC 2012 results have been published: a loss after tax of £17.7m, which is a £36.2m improvement on 2011 loss of £53.9m.

Main reasons for reduced #AVFC loss: interest waived on Lerner loan £20.3m and lower player costs £20.5m (wages £13.8m, amortisation £6.7m).

Other reasons for smaller #AVFC loss: higher profit on player sales £8.1m, lower termination payments for management changes £6.1m.

On the other hand, #AVFC 2012 revenue fell £11.7m and other expenses rose £6.3m.

#AVFC 2012 revenue £80.4m (2011 £92.0m): match day £19.9m (2011 £21.4m), media £46.8m (2011 £53.9m), commercial £13.7m (2011 £16.9m).

#AVFC wage bill cut from £83.4m to £69.6m, reducing the wages to turnover ratio from 91% to 87%.

Termination payments to managers have once again hit #AVFC 2012 accounts with a £5.9m exceptional charge (£12.0m in 2011).

#AVFC 2012 profit on player sales £26.9m (2011 £18.8m), largely due to Stewart Downing to Liverpool and Ashley Young to Manchester United.

Excluding profit on player sales of £26.9m and interest waiver of £20.3m, the #AVFC 2012 loss would have been a hefty £64.9m.

In any case, #AVFC aggregate losses for last four seasons amount to a massive £155m.

#AVFC 2012 net debt up from £113.7m to £121.5m: £107.1m to Lerner and £15.1m to bank less £0.7m cash.

Randy Lerner put £10m into #AVFC in 2012, so has now provided around £240m of funding, split between loans and capital injections.

#PSG reported small loss of €5.5m in 2012 after revenue rose by £121m (120%), including retroactive agreement with Qatar Tourist Authority.

Think this deal is the acid test for FFP. Actually not described as sponsorship, but "publicity campaign to promote image of Qatar".

#PSG 2012 revenue €222m (2011 €101m): match day €25m ('11 €18m), media €47m ('11 €45m), commercial €25m ('11 €21m), other €125m ('11 €17m).

#PSG 2012 wage bill increased by 69% from €70m to €117m (before adding Ibra, Thiago Silva, Lavezzi, Verratti & Beckham).
