If VM want to provide the BT sports channels on their XL package, I have no doubt that this is what VM will do. BT will set the price, but surely it is up to VM how they package this for their viewers.

BT will want VM to be taking BT Sports because they have considerable costs to recoup and I don't think their shareholders will be very pleased if they missed an opportunity to offset those costs by having the channel on another platform.

As for 'selling' any price increase to VM customers, maybe that's what the latest price hike was all about!
