True ,it was just a thought and thinking about it not a very good one

been having a dig about and it does turn out that the NHS does (or is supposed to)charge for some treatments ,accidents and emergencies are always free but some treatments may incur a cost but as mentioned the NHS is not geared up to take payments from jonny foreigner walking into a hospital with a bout of severe drunkeness ,at least i've never noticed a "pay here" kiosk at any of the hospitals i have ever been to
