Dam right they will be criticised, why do the BBC still think they are above the law.

They should be brought to book and dealt with swiftly. However there supporters will rally round and claim this is a one off and they should be given leeway AGAIN.

Why does this not surprise me one bit.
I've just read through the beeb link and have come to the conclusion that there is not a conclusion .It mentioned that the decision not to pursue the Newsnight report was 'flawed' but we already new that ,so i'm none the wiser ,anyone else wiser ?
