If somebody can't have children because of a medical condition, then they can't have children and might not be able to afford ivf which means they can't have a family life. Which under the human rights act is a right they are entitled to as human beings.

Seriously though, they can have a family life, they can adopt. Thousands of kids needing good families and love, living in care.
